Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1 ½ tsp (6 g) Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp (2 g) salt
- 1 – 1 ½ tbsp (9 – 14 g) Matcha Green Tea Powder
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Unsalted Butter, softened
- 3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Milk
Frosting
- 1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream (35 % Milk Fat)
- 1/2 cup (65 g) Powdered / Icing Sugar
