  • 1 ½ tsp (6 g) Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp (2 g) salt
  • 1 - 1 ½ tbsp (9 - 14 g) Matcha Green Tea Powder
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Milk

Frosting

  • 1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream (35 % Milk Fat)
  • 1/2 cup (65 g) Powdered / Icing Sugar
