Vegan Banana Bread Bites

Eggless Dairy-Free Banana Bread Bites In Air Fryer

These Vegan Banana Bread Bites are so easy to make. They are moist and full of banana flavor.
Makes 9-10 Banana Bread Bites (depending on size)


  • 1 large ripe banana (130 g), mashed
  • 1/4 cup (50 g) Superfine Granulated Sugar
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup (140 g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) Baking Powder
  • Shredded Coconut for toppings


  • To a bowl, add banana and mash until smooth.
  • Then add sugar and mix well.
  • Add oil and mix.
  • Then add flour and baking powder. Mix until dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix.
  • Cover air fryer grill with parchment paper.
    Spoon, about 1 tablespoon of batter on parchment paper, about 1 inch (2 cm) apart (as shown in video).
    Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350oF (180oC) for 2 minutes.
    Then Air fry cake at 350oF (180oC) for 6 minutes on one side.
    Then flip the banana bread bites and Air Fry at 350oF (180oC) for 3 minutes.
  • Let it cool down on wire rack.
