To a bowl, add banana and mash until smooth.
Then add sugar and mix well.
Add oil and mix.
Then add flour and baking powder. Mix until dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix.
Cover air fryer grill with parchment paper.Spoon, about 1 tablespoon of batter on parchment paper, about 1 inch (2 cm) apart (as shown in video).Sprinkle with shredded coconut. Preheat air fryer to 350oF (180oC) for 2 minutes.Then Air fry cake at 350oF (180oC) for 6 minutes on one side.Then flip the banana bread bites and Air Fry at 350oF (180oC) for 3 minutes. Let it cool down on wire rack.
