Vegan Banana Cookies In Air Fryer
These vegan banana cookies are crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, and come together in the air fryer in just minutes. Eggless Dairy-Free Banana Cookies In Air Fryer
These vegan banana cookies are crisp outside and soft inside. They are easy and quick to make in the air fryer and are great to use up overripe bananas.
Ingredients
- 1/2 Ripe or Overripe Banana (50 g), mashed
- 1 cup (140 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup (50 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) Baking Powder
Instructions
- To a bowl, add banana and mash well.
- Then, add sugar and mix well.Add oil and mix well.
- Then add flour and baking powder.With a spatula, mix until dry flour is no longer visible.
- Transfer dough between two pieces of parchment paper.Roll until dough is about 5mm (1/4 inch) thick. Using a cookie cutter (2.5 inch; 6 cm diameter), cut out the cookies.
- Oil the grill of the air fryer.Then transfer the cookies onto the grill.
- Preheat air fryer to 350oF (180oC) for 2 minutes.Then Air fry cookies at 350oF (180oC) for 4 min.
- Let cookies cool down on a wire rack.

Video timing: Preheat for 2 minutes at 350°F (180°C), then air fry for 4 minutes per batch. Additional batches take additional time.
