No Bake Quinoa Brownie
These no-bake quinoa brownies are rich, deeply chocolatey, and surprisingly wholesome. Made with cooked quinoa, cocoa powder, chocolate chips, and coconut oil, they come together in minutes with no oven required. The quinoa gives them a hearty, fudgy texture that sets beautifully in the fridge, and the maple syrup adds just the right sweetness. They are vegan, gluten-free, and packed with plant protein. A great option when you want something that tastes indulgent but is genuinely good for you. Also try my Sweet Potato Brownie, Vegan Brownies, or No Flour No Butter Cookies.
