Crunchy peanuts, a thick chocolate coating and a little peanut butter to bring it all together. These 3-ingredient no-bake chocolate peanut clusters make a small batch without turning on the oven. A sprinkle of flaky salt is optional.

3-ingredient No Bake Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Crunchy roasted peanuts coated in dark chocolate and smooth peanut butter. These three-ingredient no-bake clusters chill for one hour and are made with dairy-free chocolate.
Ingredients
- 100 g (½ cup) Dark chocolate (Dairy free)
- 75 g (½ cup) Roasted peanuts, unsalted
- 15 g (1 level tablespoon) Smooth peanut butter room temperature
- Flaky salt for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate in a dry microwave-safe bowl in 15-20-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
- Stir in the peanut butter, then fold in the peanuts until evenly coated.
- Spoon into 5-6 clusters and refrigerate for 1 hour until firm. Store airtight in the fridge.
