Traditional Chinese Snacks
These traditional Chinese fried dough snacks are crispy on the outside, chewy inside, and satisfying with a hint of saltiness. Made from a simple flour dough enriched with hot oil, they are shaped in the classic style and fried until golden and beautifully puffed.
