Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Tart

Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Tart

These vegan chocolate strawberry tarts are made with store-bought puff pastry cut into pretty heart shapes, filled with melted dark chocolate, and topped with fresh strawberries. They are incredibly easy to assemble, require no special equipment, and bake up beautifully in about 15 minutes. The buttery pastry pairs perfectly with the rich chocolate and juicy berries. A great dessert for Valentine’s Day or any day you want something elegant with minimal effort. Also try my Chocolate Pear Cake, Strawberry Cheesecake Tart, or Mini Fruit Tarts.
