Vegan Chocolate Pear Cake
This vegan chocolate pear cake is a beautiful loaf-style bake with sliced pears nestled into a rich, cocoa-forward batter. The pears add natural sweetness and keep the crumb incredibly moist throughout, while the chocolate gives it a deep, satisfying flavor in every slice. No eggs, no dairy, and simply dusted with powdered sugar to finish. A wonderful autumn bake that is genuinely easy to make.
