Vegan Brownies In Air Fryer
These eggless, dairy-free air fryer brownies use cocoa, a little instant coffee and mashed banana for a moist, chocolatey bake. The video uses a rectangular tin measuring 7.3 × 5.4 × 2 inches (18.5 × 13.6 × 5.1 cm). Bake for 15 minutes at 340°F (170°C), after a separate 2-minute preheat; preparation and cooling take additional time.
Before you bake
- Tin size: Line a 7.3 × 5.4 × 2-inch (18.5 × 13.6 × 5.1 cm) rectangular tin with parchment, matching the tin shown in the video.
- Mixing: Dissolve the instant coffee in the hot water with the cocoa. Once the flour is added, mix only until no dry flour remains.
- Timing: Preheat for 2 minutes at 340°F (170°C), then bake for 15 minutes at the same temperature. This is baking time, not total time to serve.
- Cooling: Follow the recipe’s cooling step before serving; allow additional time beyond the preparation, preheat and bake.
