Vegan Banana Bread Bites
These vegan banana bread bites are small, moist, and full of real banana flavor, baked in the air fryer until golden on the outside and soft inside. Made with just 5 ingredients: ripe banana, sugar, oil, flour, and baking powder. No eggs, no dairy. They come together in minutes and are topped with shredded coconut for a light crunch. Eggless Dairy-Free Banana Bread Bites In Air Fryer
These Vegan Banana Bread Bites are so easy to make. They are moist and full of banana flavor. Makes 9-10 Banana Bread Bites (depending on size)
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana (130 g), mashed
- 1/4 cup (50 g) Superfine Granulated Sugar
- 1/8 cup (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup (140 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) Baking Powder
- Shredded Coconut for toppings
Instructions
- To a bowl, add banana and mash until smooth.
- Then add sugar and mix well.
- Add oil and mix.
- Then add flour and baking powder. Mix until dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix.
- Cover air fryer grill with parchment paper.Spoon, about 1 tablespoon of batter on parchment paper, about 1 inch (2 cm) apart (as shown in video).Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
- Preheat air fryer to 350oF (180oC) for 2 minutes.Then Air fry cake at 350oF (180oC) for 6 minutes on one side.Then flip the banana bread bites and Air Fry at 350oF (180oC) for 3 minutes.
- Let it cool down on wire rack.
