  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup (200 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable Oil
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) buttermilk

Mirror Glaze

  • 2 ½ tsp (7 g) Gelatin Powder
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) water (to bloom gelatin)
  • 3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp (90 ml) Water
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup (150 g) white chocolate chips
