Vegan Apple Crisp In Air Fryer
This vegan apple crisp is warm, fragrant, and made in the air fryer for a quick, fuss-free result. Diced apple is tossed with lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and maple syrup for a tender, caramelized base, then topped with an oat crumble that turns golden and crunchy. Vegan Apple Crisp In Air Fryer
These apple crisps are so easy to make. They are the perfect fall desserts.
Ingredients
- 1½ Apple (1¼ cup), diced
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
- 4 tsp (20 ml) Maple Syrup
Toppings
- 5 tbsp (30 g) Rolled Oats
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
- 4 tsp (20 ml) Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Coconut Oil
Instructions
- To a bowl, add diced apple, lemon juice or white vinegar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, salt and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Transfer the apple mixture to 2 ramekins (4 ounces, 120 ml ; 8 cm, 3 inch diameter).
- Preheat air fryer at 375oF (190oC) for 2 min.Then, Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 6 min.Mix and Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 6 min.
- In the meantime, to a bowl, add oats, cinnamon powder, salt, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix well.
- Add oat mixture on top of air fry apples.
- Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 4 min
