Vegan Apple Crisp In Air Fryer

These apple crisps are so easy to make. They are the perfect fall desserts.

Ingredients
  

  • Apple (1¼ cup), diced
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) Maple Syrup

Toppings

  • 5 tbsp (30 g) Rolled Oats
  • 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
  • 4 tsp (20 ml) Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Coconut Oil

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add diced apple, lemon juice or white vinegar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, salt and maple syrup. Mix well.
  • Transfer the apple mixture to 2 ramekins (4 ounces, 120 ml ; 8 cm, 3 inch diameter).
  • Preheat air fryer at 375oF (190oC) for 2 min.
    Then, Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 6 min.
    Mix and Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 6 min.
  • In the meantime, to a bowl, add oats, cinnamon powder, salt, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix well.
  • Add oat mixture on top of air fry apples.
  • Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 4 min
