Vegan Apple Crisp In Air Fryer

- 1½ Apple (1¼ cup), diced
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Lemon Juice or White Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
- 4 tsp (20 ml) Maple Syrup
Toppings
- 5 tbsp (30 g) Rolled Oats
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
- 4 tsp (20 ml) Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Coconut Oil
To a bowl, add diced apple, lemon juice or white vinegar, vanilla extract, cinnamon powder, salt and maple syrup. Mix well.
Transfer the apple mixture to 2 ramekins (4 ounces, 120 ml ; 8 cm, 3 inch diameter).
Preheat air fryer at 375oF (190oC) for 2 min.Then, Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 6 min.Mix and Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 6 min. In the meantime, to a bowl, add oats, cinnamon powder, salt, maple syrup and coconut oil. Mix well.
Add oat mixture on top of air fry apples.
Air Fry at 375oF (190oC) for 4 min
