Vegan Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies (Small Batch)

Vegan Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies (Small Batch)
These small-batch vegan air fryer chocolate chip cookies have lightly crisp edges, thick tender centres and plenty of melted dairy-free chocolate chips. The recipe makes just six cookies and needs no oven, making it perfect for a quick homemade treat.
Ingredients
- 70 g (½ cups) all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Superfine (granulated) sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons Vegan butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon plant milk, plus a little more if too dry (I used 1 tablespoon oat milk)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Mix the flour, brown sugar, superfine granulated sugar, baking soda and salt.
- Add the melted vegan butter, plant milk (if dough is too dry) and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 20 minutes.
- Shape into six small cookies, flatten them slightly and place them on parchment paper.
- Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 7–9 minutes.
- Leave the cookies in the basket or tray for 10 minutes before moving them. They will firm up as they cool.
