- 70 g (½ cups) all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Superfine (granulated) sugar
- ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons Vegan butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon plant milk, plus a little more if too dry (I used 1 tablespoon oat milk)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
Mix the flour, brown sugar, superfine granulated sugar, baking soda and salt.
Add the melted vegan butter, plant milk (if dough is too dry) and vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Chill dough for 20 minutes.
Shape into six small cookies, flatten them slightly and place them on parchment paper.
Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 7–9 minutes.
Leave the cookies in the basket or tray for 10 minutes before moving them. They will firm up as they cool.
