- 1 cup (125 g) crumbs (graham crackers or digestive biscuits crushed into fine crumbs)
- 3 tbsp (45 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup (250 g) fresh strawberry, chopped
- 2 tbsp (25 g) granulated sugar
- 1 cup (225 g) Ricotta Cheese
- 1/4 cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) whipping cream 35 % fat
