3-ingredient No Bake Chocolate Biscoff Clusters (Vegan)

Keep the biscuit pieces chunky: that caramel-spiced crunch is the best part of these 3-ingredient no-bake chocolate Biscoff clusters. Dark chocolate coats the biscuits, while a spoonful of Biscoff spread adds cookie-butter flavour. No oven needed.

Keep the biscuit crunch

Break the Biscoff biscuits into small chunks rather than fine crumbs. Use dairy-free dark chocolate, original vegan Biscoff biscuits and a vegan Biscoff spread. Check the labels if using a different variety. Biscoff contains wheat, so these clusters are not gluten-free.

Allow about one hour in the fridge for the chocolate to firm up, then store the clusters in an airtight container in the fridge.
