Oil 4 mold (2 inch; 5 cm diameter and 1.25 inch; 3 cm height) and set aside.
To a bowl, add sugar and water. Whisk until sugar is completely dissolved.
Then add vanilla extract and oil. Mix well
Sift in flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa powder. Mix well.
Spoon batter into cupcake mold until full.
Preheat Air Fryer at 350oF (180oC) for 2 minutes.Then, Air Fry cupcakes 350oF (180oC) for 8 minutes. Not all air fryers are the same. Please adjust cooking time according to your air fryer. The heating element for the air fryer I am using is at the top. Dust with powdered sugar and serve right away or else the chocolate will tend to harden and will not flow out well.
