Stir Fry Lettuce
This stir-fried lettuce with garlic is a quick, fresh, and surprisingly delicious side dish. Two or three heads of lettuce get tossed in a hot wok with garlic, salt, pepper, and a little chili for a light, wilted result that is fragrant, slightly smoky, and wonderful alongside steamed rice.
