Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp (4 g) Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp (pinch) Salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (200 g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) buttermilk
Mirror Glaze
- 2 ½ tsp (7 g) Gelatin Powder
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) water (to bloom gelatin)
- 3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/3 cup + 1 tbsp (90 ml) Water
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (150 g) white chocolate chips
