Eggless Blueberry Mug Cake In Microwave

Blueberry Mug Cake In Microwave (Eggless)
This eggless blueberry mug cake mixes directly in a mug using milk and oil. Lightly flour the blueberries before folding them into the batter, then microwave for 60 seconds at 1200 W.Dietary note: Contains dairy. This recipe is not vegan.
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp (39 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) Milk
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) lemon juice (or white vinegar)
- 1/4 cup (40 g) fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Mix the flour, sugar and baking soda in a microwave-safe mug.
- Add the oil and milk and mix. Stir in 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice, matching the video.
- Lightly coat the blueberries with a little flour and fold into the batter.
- Microwave at 1200 W for 60 seconds. Adjust the time for your microwave and let cool enough to eat before serving.
