Banana fritters are delicious as snacks or appetizers. They are crispy on the outside and soft inside.
- 2 Bananas, Large, Ripe
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Granulated White Sugar
- 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Salt
