  • 1/8 tsp (1 pinch) Salt
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Vegetable Oil
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) Milk
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp (20 g) Grated Carrot
  • 1 Date, chopped
  • 5 Almond, chopped

Cream Cheese Frosting

  • 1 tbsp (15 g) Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Vanilla Extract
