Eggless Dairy-Free Oatmeal Pancakes
These SIMPLE VEGAN OATMEAL PANCAKES are super easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp (12 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
- 1 cup (240 ml) Oat Milk, Warm (or any non dairy milk) (add 1 or 2 tablespoons if batter thickens)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) Avocado oil (or any neutral oil)
- 1½ tsp (6 g) Baking Powder
- 1 cup (130 g) Rolled Oat (ground)
- Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a food processor, grind oat until coarsely ground. Set aside.
- To a bowl, add sugar and milk. Whisk until sugar dissolves completely.
- Then, add oil, vanilla extract, oat and baking powder. Mix well.
- Heat pan on low heat. Then oil the pan.
- Add about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes on one side and about 1 minute on the other side, until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
