Vegan Oatmeal Pancakes | No Egg No Milk No Butter Pancakes

These vegan oatmeal pancakes are thick, fluffy, and made from just a handful of simple ingredients. Eggless Dairy-Free Oatmeal Pancakes

These SIMPLE VEGAN OATMEAL PANCAKES are super easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp (12 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
  • 1 cup (240 ml) Oat Milk, Warm (or any non dairy milk) (add 1 or 2 tablespoons if batter thickens)
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) Avocado oil (or any neutral oil)
  • tsp (6 g) Baking Powder
  • 1 cup (130 g) Rolled Oat (ground)
  • Maple Syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, grind oat until coarsely ground. Set aside.
  • To a bowl, add sugar and milk. Whisk until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Then, add oil, vanilla extract, oat and baking powder. Mix well.
  • Heat pan on low heat. Then oil the pan.
  • Add about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes on one side and about 1 minute on the other side, until golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
