In a food processor, grind oat until coarsely ground. Set aside.
To a bowl, add sugar and milk. Whisk until sugar dissolves completely.
Then, add oil, vanilla extract, oat and baking powder. Mix well.
Heat pan on low heat. Then oil the pan.
Add about 1/4 cup of batter to the pan. Cook on low heat for 2 minutes on one side and about 1 minute on the other side, until golden brown.
Serve with maple syrup and fruits.
