Vegan Chocolate Chips Cookies In Air Fryer
These vegan chocolate chip cookies baked in the air fryer come out crispy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. Made with brown sugar and oil for a wonderfully chewy texture, generously studded with chocolate chips, and ready in just about 8 minutes. No eggs, no butter, no oven. Eggless Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips Cookies in Air Fryer
These SIMPLE VEGAN CHOCOLATE COOKIES are super easy to make. They are crisp on the outside and soft inside.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (100 g) Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup + 2 Tbsp (150 ml) Vegetable Oil / Coconut Oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup (140 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) Baking Soda
- 1/8 tsp (1 g) Salt
- 1/3 cup (75 g) Chocolate chips + more for toppings
Instructions
- To a bowl, add brown sugar, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Then sift in, flour, baking soda and salt.
- Then add chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
- Chill dough for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, form small balls with the dough and flatten the balls (you can use a glass) until 1 cm thick, 5cm diameter, (0.4 inch thick, 2 inch diameter).Add some chocolate chips on top of each cookie dough.
- Place the cookie dough on a piece of parchment paper and then on the air fryer grill plate.
- Air Fry at 300oF (150oC) for 10-12 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool down completely on a cooling rack.
