Grilled Tofu Recipe
This grilled tofu is perfectly smoky, slightly crispy at the edges, and full of savory flavor from a marinade of soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, and spices. Firm tofu gets pressed, seasoned, and grilled until golden and deeply satisfying. It works wonderfully as a main dish, added to salads and bowls, or served over rice with extra sauce drizzled on top. - 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 4 tsp Light Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Hoisin Sauce
- 3 tsp water
