These Blueberry Scones are soft and moist on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They have a nice buttery rich flavor.

  • 2 tsp (10 g) Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp (4 g) Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 10 tbsp (150 g) Cold Unsalted Butter
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 3/4 cup (170 g) Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 tsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract
