This grilled tofu is perfectly smoky, slightly crispy at the edges, and full of savory flavor from a marinade of soy sauce, hoisin, sesame oil, and spices. Firm tofu gets pressed, seasoned, and grilled until golden and deeply satisfying. It works wonderfully as a main dish, added to salads and bowls, or served over rice with extra sauce drizzled on top.
