1-Minute Oreo Mug Cake in Microwave
This one-minute Oreo mug cake is made with just three ingredients: Oreo cookies, milk, and a touch of baking soda and lemon juice. 1-Minute Oreo Mug Cake in Microwave
Ingredients
- 8 Oreo Cookies
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Milk
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) Baking Soda
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add Oreo cookies to food processor and grind until fine powder is obtained.
- Then add milk (or dairy free milk or water for dairy free version) and mix.
- Pour the mixture to a microwave safe container. Then, add baking soda and lemon juice. Mix.
- Microwave at 1000 W for 1 minute.All microwave oven are different. Please adjust according to your oven.
