Mini Vanilla Birthday Cake In Microwave
This mini vanilla birthday cake is fluffy, sweet, and ready to celebrate in just a few minutes, no oven required. Eggless Dairy-Free Vanilla Birthday Cake for one in microwave
This last-minute eggless, dairy free mini vanilla birthday cake is super moist and so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp (25 g) Superfine (Granulated) Sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Water
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 1/3 cup (50 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Rainbow Sprinkles + more for toppings
- 1 Waffle Cone Bowl
Instructions
- To a bowl, add sugar, water, vanilla extract and oil. Mix until sugar dissolves completely.
- Then add flour and baking powder. Mix
- Add sprinkles and mix.
- Transfer dough to waffle cone and top with sprinkles.
- Place waffle cone in a microwave safe bowl which is about the size of the cone. This will help the cone keep its shape during cooking in the microwave.
- Microwave cake at Power 1200 Watts for 60 seconds.Please note that all microwaves are not the same. Please adjust cooking time according to power of your microwave. Please do not overcook or the cake will be hard.
