Eggless Dairy-Free Vanilla Cupcake In Microwave
This eggless, dairy free Vanilla Cupcake is super moist and so easy and fast to make anytime you want a vanilla cupcake.
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp (12 g) Superfine (granulated) Sugar
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Water
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Vanilla Extract
- 3 Tbsp (27 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1/4 tsp (1 g) Baking Powder
- Chocolate Chips for toppings
Instructions
- To a cup, add sugar, water, oil and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Then add flour and baking powder. Mix well.
- Add chocolate chips on top.
- Microwave the cake at Power 1200 Watts for 50 seconds.Please note that all microwaves are not the same. Please adjust cooking time according to power of your microwave. Please do not overcook or the cake will be hard.
