Traditional Chinese Snacks

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups (250 g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tsp (10 g) Salt
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Hot Oil
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) Water

Instructions
 

  • To a bowl, add flour, salt and hot oil. Mix until combined.
  • Add water little by little until the dough comes together.
  • Shape dough into 4 balls. Then roll out each ball and place in pasta maker.
  • Roll out until dough is 5mm (3/16 inch) thick.
  • Shape dough as shown in the video.
  • Deep fry in 350oF (180oC) cooking oil until golden brown.
