To a bowl, add flour, salt and hot oil. Mix until combined.
Add water little by little until the dough comes together.
Shape dough into 4 balls. Then roll out each ball and place in pasta maker.
Roll out until dough is 5mm (3/16 inch) thick.
Shape dough as shown in the video.
Deep fry in 350oF (180oC) cooking oil until golden brown.
