Dates Cashews Energy Balls
These date and cashew energy balls are made with just 2 ingredients: Medjool dates and cashews blended together in a food processor. No added sugar, no baking, no fuss. They roll into perfect little spheres that you coat in shredded coconut or cocoa powder for a beautiful finish. Date Cashew Energy Balls
These Healthy Energy Balls can be made with 2 ingredients only. They have no added sugar and they are super delicious. They can also be coated with either cocoa powder or unsweetened shredded coconut. They are perfect for the holiday season and make perfect edible gifts.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (150 g) Medjool Dates, pitted and halved, (about 8 dates)
- 1 cup (125 g) Cashews
- 1 cup (100 g) Unsweetened Shredded Coconut for coating
- 1/4 cup (30 g) Cocoa Powder for coating
Instructions
- Remove pit from dates and cut dates into half.
- Add dates and cashews to food processor. Blend until well combined.
- Roll into small balls.Dip some into either cocoa powder or shredded coconut.
