Frying Pan Apple Cake - NO OVEN Apple Cake

- Non-stick frying pan 8-inch (20 cm) diameter

Ingredients
- 1 Egg, Large
- 1/3 cup (80 g) Granulated Sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) Milk
- 3/4 cup (100 g) All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp (5 g) Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp (2 g) Ground Cinnamon
- 1-2 Apple (Honeycrisp) 5mm (1/4 inch) thick
- 2 tbsp (25 g) Brown Sugar
Instructions
- To a bowl, add egg and sugar. Whisk until sugar dissolves completely.
- Then, add oil and mix well.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Sift in flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix until dry flour no longer visible. Set aside.
- Butter an 8 inch (20 cm) non-stick pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
- Place apple on top of sugar. Pour batter over sliced apple.
- Place pan over LOWEST heat. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
