  • 3 tbsp (15 g) Earl Grey Tea, loose-leaf or 1/4 cup from tea bags
  • 2 cups (250 g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp (7 g) Salt
  • 1/2 tsp (5 g) Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp (5 g) Baking Soda
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) Cooking Oil
  • 1 tbsp (12 g) Brown Sugar
