  • 2 cups (350 g) Dried Fruit Mix Soak dried fruits in 1/4 cup water overnight + 1 tbsp Whisky
  • 1/2 cup (110 g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (113 g) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) whiskey (or brandy)
  • 1 large egg
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup (70 g) All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
  • 1 cup (115 g) Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp (2 g) nutmeg
