  • 2 tbsp (15 g) Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) water
  • 1 ½ cup (360 ml) Milk
  • 1/2 cup (100 g) Granulated Sugar
  • 1 tbsp (14 g) Unsalted butter
